Nothing Technologies has officially introduced its latest flagship, the Nothing Phone 3, marking a significant step forward in the company’s product evolution. Presented by CEO Carl Pei as its first complete flagship, the device incorporates the brand’s signature Glyph Interface while emphasizing performance, display quality, and camera innovation.
The Nothing Phone 3 includes a 6.67-inch OLED display, built to offer clarity with a resolution of 1260 x 2800 pixels and support for 10-bit color output. Its 120Hz refresh rate ensures smooth navigation and responsive performance, tailored for multitasking and gaming alike.
The panel achieves peak brightness levels up to 4500 nits and sustains 1600 nits in outdoor conditions. This configuration ensures content remains visible even in bright environments, optimizing usability without visual strain.
Nothing retains its transparent rear design with updates. The Phone 3 integrates a redesigned asymmetric layout and uses both Gorilla Glass 7i on the front and Gorilla Glass Victus on the rear. The frame is built with metal, featuring uniform bezels measuring 1.87mm—a slimmer profile compared to the Phone 2.
A new iteration of the Glyph Matrix, with 489 individually controlled LEDs, supports app alerts and caller identification. Users can engage with the interface using the new Glyph Button, offering functionality such as widget access and interactive tools, including a mirror mode and a minimalist digital clock.
The device runs on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 platform, an octa-core chip clocked at 3.21GHz. While not the top-tier offering in Qualcomm’s lineup, it brings notable efficiency gains. The Adreno 825 GPU handles graphical tasks capably.
Bundled with Nothing OS 3.5 built on Android 15, the phone operates with speed and fluidity. The company guarantees five years of Android upgrades and seven years of security updates, emphasizing long-term usability.
Each rear lens on the Phone 3 features a 50MP sensor. The main sensor, measuring 1/1.3 inches with an aperture of f/1.68, captures detailed images across lighting conditions and includes 1.5x and 2x lossless zoom.
The standout periscope lens provides 3x optical zoom, 6x in-sensor zoom, and extends up to 60x via AI enhancement. It supports macro photography, delivering close-up detail. The ultra-wide 50MP camera covers a 114° field of view, ideal for group shots and landscape scenes.
Video support includes 4K recording at 60fps across all lenses. On the front, the 50MP selfie camera supports image stabilization and high-resolution output, useful for video calls and social content creation.
The Phone 3 enters the market starting at Rs 79,999, with the high-end variant priced at Rs 89,999.
